Introduction
Hey there! Have you heard about Pushpa: The Rise – Part 01? It's a super cool Indian Telugu-language action drama film directed by Sukumar and starring Allu Arjun as the title character. The movie was filmed at the Ramoji Film City in Hyderabad and Maredumilli forest in Andhra Pradesh, with production starting in December 2019 and ending in November 2021.
Pushpa: The Rise was released on 17 December 2021 in Telugu, as well as dubbed versions in Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada, and Hindi languages. While the movie received mixed reviews from critics, it was a huge commercial success, grossing over ₹350 crore (US$44 million) at the box office. Plot
Hey there! Let me tell you a story about Pushpa Raj, a hardworking labourer who decided to smuggle red sandalwood with his friend Kesava in the 1990s. Pushpa climbed the ranks in Konda Reddy's smuggling group while avoiding DSP Govindappa. However, Konda's brother Jaali didn't like Pushpa getting more attention from his brother. Srinu, Konda's boss, trusted Konda to keep his contraband safe from the police, but Jaali was deemed incompetent for the task, so Pushpa was assigned instead. Unfortunately, Jaali tried to sabotage Pushpa, but he and Kesava used their quick thinking to avoid getting caught.
Pushpa fell in love with Srivalli, and they arranged an engagement. However, during the ceremony, Pushpa's elder half-brother Mohan caused a scene, revealing Pushpa was illegitimate. Pushpa's mother got hurt in the ensuing scuffle, which motivated him to make his way up. He bypassed Srinu and was able to get a higher profit for the wood, which he agreed to split with Konda. Jaali discovered Srivalli's father was a mole for Govindappa and blackmailed her to sleep with him to save her father. Pushpa beat Jaali and left him paralyzed, but Konda attempted to kill Pushpa.
They were attacked by Srinu's brother-in-law, Mogileesu, and men, who killed Konda Reddy. Pushpa rescued Konda's younger brother Jakka Reddy, rekindling their partnership, and murdered Mogileesu. MP Naidu arranged a truce between Pushpa and Srinu, but after discovering Srinu's scams, he appointed Pushpa to replace him. As time went by, Pushpa took control of the entire syndicate.
When Govindappa resigned, Bhanwar Singh Shekawat took charge. Pushpa offered him a bribe, but Shekawat ridiculed him due to his arrogance. Pushpa pretended to be meek and submissive towards Shekawat, but on the day of his marriage, he got his revenge by humiliating Shekawat. Pushpa left to marry Srivalli while a humiliated Shekawat walked home, and his dog failed to identify him. Enraged, Shekawat killed the dog and burned Pushpa's bribe, swearing revenge. Pushpa told Srivalli that the action had just begun.
Release Date
Hey there! Have you heard about Pushpa: The Rise? It's a movie that was originally supposed to come out on Independence Day weekend in August 2021, but the makers decided to split it into two parts. The first part, called Pushpa: The Rise – Part 1, was released on December 17, 2021, while the second part will be coming out in 2023.
Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the release date had to be rescheduled to Christmas 2021. But finally, it was released in Telugu and dubbed versions in Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi languages.
After the release, the makers received some feedback from fans and decided to delete a controversial scene where Pushpa touches Srivalli's chest. They also cut a few more scenes to make the movie shorter.

And guess what? Pushpa: The Rise has now been officially dubbed in Russian! The production company released a Russian-language trailer on YouTube on November 29, 2022, and the movie will be coming to theaters in Russia soon. Exciting, right?
